After a sample of this colorway first surfaced back in 2012, Solebox and ASICS finally presented the “Blue Carpenter Bee” to the world in 2016. The awesome look for the GEL-Lyte III inspired by the large blue species of bees indigenous to Southeast Asia features a premium construction in black nubuck with detailing in bright blue felt-like textile to mimic the look of the hard-working insect.
